These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Tesseracoin website at tesseracoin.com, including the block explorer and the browser-based wallet (together, the "Service"), operated by SoftMillennium ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides access to a prototype, hybrid Proof-of-Work + Pledge blockchain and related tools, currently operated as a development and test network. The Service is experimental, may change or be discontinued at any time, and may be unavailable, reset, or wiped without notice. Information presented may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Nothing on the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, financial instrument, token, or other asset, nor an invitation to invest. No token is available for purchase. Test tokens have no value, are not redeemable, and confer no rights. Any description of possible future distribution or features is forward-looking, not a commitment, and is subject to change and to applicable law.
The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Content is general information only. Obtain advice from qualified professionals before making decisions that may have financial or legal consequences.
The wallet generates and stores cryptographic keys locally in your browser. We never receive, hold, or have access to your keys, passphrase, recovery phrase, or funds. You are solely responsible for safeguarding them. Loss of your passphrase or recovery phrase means permanent, unrecoverable loss of access. You are responsible for your own use of the Service and for complying with all laws that apply to you.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing of illegal activity, fraud, the operation of an unlicensed lottery, gambling, or money-transmission business, or any activity that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
Documentation published in the project repository is licensed under CC-BY-4.0. The source code is not yet publicly released and all rights in it are reserved. The Tesseracoin name, logo, and brand are the property of SoftMillennium.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will SoftMillennium or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoftMillennium is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
