Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 June 2026
The Tesseracoin website does not require an account and is designed to collect as
little personal data as possible. The wallet runs entirely in your browser; your keys
never leave your device.
1. Who we are
The Service at tesseracoin.com is operated by SoftMillennium ("we", "us"). For privacy
questions, contact info@tesseracoin.com.
2. Information we process
- Server logs. Our web server may automatically record standard
request data — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for
security, abuse prevention, and basic operation. These logs are retained only for as
long as needed for those purposes.
- Wallet data (local only). The wallet generates keys and stores
encrypted wallet data in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data
is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser storage removes
it; if you have no backup, it cannot be recovered.
- Explorer queries. When you view the block explorer or use the
wallet, your browser sends requests to a Tesseracoin node to read public blockchain
data. Those requests include your IP address as any web request does.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your address and message
content and use them only to respond.
We do not knowingly collect special-category personal data, and the Service is not
directed to children.
3. Third-party services
- Google Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google's font servers
(fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). As a result, Google may receive your IP
address and request information. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- GitHub. Links to our repository take you to GitHub, which is
governed by GitHub's own privacy policy.
We do not use advertising networks. We do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies and analytics
The website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The wallet uses your
browser's local storage (not cookies) to keep your wallet on your device between
visits. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy will be updated first.
5. Legal bases and your rights
Where data protection law (such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA) applies, our processing of
server-log data rests on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Service.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict
the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. To exercise any right,
contact us at the address above.
6. Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here and
apply reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is
completely secure.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the date
above.
